The beautiful woman reminisced about how she and her husband had not enough money to buy a good fabric for their engagement wear and how she had finally been forced to get a fabric which normally was used to make curtains.

She explained that after sewing her dress, many people had approached her to ask if the material had come from outside the country.

Ending her post, she advised everyone not to worry about things which they do not have today because they can still have it tomorrow. She also said she is still married to the man of her youth and they are happy.

We have her Instagram post below

It was few weeks to my wedding engagement ceremony and we didn’t have our outfit . All that we could afford was one common lace called “Ijebu Gbami Odun de” and I didn’t want this for such a special occasion. Off I went, to Tejuosho Market in Lagos where I got this unique fabric where they sold materials for window blinds and this we used in making our engagement outfit. I remember some people were asking me that day if we got the fabric from overseas and I smiled! Few weeks ago, as I was about to pose for this shot of the bridal Aso Oke we made at BS Couture for the mannequin in our new branch ,i remembered; I remembered I wasn’t privileged to wear what was in vogue at the time I got married but I joyfully made do with what I had. Almost 30years now , still happily married by His grace irrespective of curtain material engagement outfit! Please don’t kill yourself on nothing ooo! What is not enough today will abound tomorrow. On your way to where you are going, give Him praise for where you are! #familyimpact
