Mixed vegetables curry sauce or Chinese sauce, as some of us call it is one of the best alternatives to your regular stew or vegetable when serving white rice. It is a tasty dish that proves the fact you don’t have to get to China before you can eat like the Chinese. Fortunately, the recipe is readily available to make it here in Nigeria and today we will be showing you how.

If you have ever eaten it at a restaurant or seen it before you will know that it is a very healthy delicacy made from combining your vegetables together in broth made from chicken. After cooking, you get a juicy gravy with a slightly thick consistency that goes marvelously well with rice.

To prepare this sauce you will need:


1 carrots, 1 onions, 3 mushrooms, 1 red bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper, 6 lumps of chicken, 1 tablespoon of corn starch for thickening, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 2 teaspoons of curry powder, seasoning cubes and salt.
