Miss Joy Ezechikamnayo, a 14 year old girl has been made Abia state governor for 24 hours at the Government House Umuahia, in the maiden edition of ‘Abia One day Governor.
Abia State Governor Okezie Ikpeazu on Monday, the 10th of December swore in the girl, who is the senior prefect of Intellectual Giants Christian Academy, Umuahia.
This happened after ‘Governor Joy’ came tops in a tasking essay competition which lasted over a week.

Performing her first assignment, Her Excellency, Miss Joy declared 12th of December ‘Abia Teenage’ day.
She also attended a leadership retreat with members of her cabinet.
