Most times, people fall for coworkers because it is perhaps the only fun thing at work. We mean, you spend hours crunched at a desk working and the only probable means of fun comes through that one sexy colleague. So this crush adds a little bit of drama to an otherwise boring life or work place.

Yes, you can talk about it. Not with fellow colleague but with your family, partner or best friend. If you have a spouse, confide in them, take time to discuss reasons why you might be feeling something for your crush.

Weigh and options and if possibly, make improvements in your own relationship. This would help in tightening the bond between you and your partner.
