Nigerian beauty influencers, Dimma Umeh and Jackie Aina have landed nominations for the 2020 E! People’s Choice Awards.
The People’s Choice Awards recognizes people in entertainment and voted online by the general public and fans.
Umeh was nominated in the category of “African Social Star”, and will be up against Ghanaian actress Lydia Forson, Kenyan comedian Elsa Majimbo, South African TikTok star Karl Kugelmann, South African singer Sho Madjozi, South African actress Thuso Mbedu, and Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi while Aina is set to go head to head with top American creators for the title of the ‘Beauty Influencer of the Year’.
Voting commences Thursday (Oct. 1) in 44 categories, which cover movies, television, music, and pop culture and runs through Friday, Oct. 23.
The E! People’s Choice Awards will air Sunday, Nov. 15, at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
