Yesterday, November 19,2017, Nigeria’s darling couple, Adesua Etomi and Banky W had their traditional wedding amidst lots of pump and pageantry. The most anticipated union of the year did not fall short of heart melting as the two love birds brought us close to teas with their sweetness.

In attendance were industry colleagues, family, and friends who turned out in the pink aso ebi lace and several other colourful ensemble. Just like we know, when stars gather, some shine brightly more than some others.

As expected, our female celebrities dressed to the nines and while some got us raving at how fantastic they looked, others did not really hit the mark.

We applaud their efforts of course and for this reason, we have compiled  a list of the 9 best dressed stars and the other 9 who weren’t so impressive.

Always slaying no matter what, Somkele makes aso ebi look so good

A rose-gele paired with an halter-necked gown was just the thing to land Nancy on this list.

5. Linda Ejiofor

Give it up for the bride’s bestie, Linda. She looked fabulous in this bustier outfit while fulfilling her very important role of chief-brides-maid

6. Beverly Naya

Never underestimate the power of a stunning combo. Beverly stood out in the pink lace and black gown and she did it spectacularly.

Just as much as we love our celebrities, we weren’t so impressed by these other 9.

We love Toolz of course but we don’t think this outfit did her justice enough

Well, Lilian wasn’t just hitting the right notes in her outfit. We have known her to do better

4. Bolanle Olukanni

Simple is good, but not so simple. We expected more from this .screen beauty

4. Tope Oshin

We love us some Tope, but she could have done way better than this.

 

5. Gbemi Olateru

We don’t think Gbemi repped the aso-ebi well enough.

6. Tosin Bucknor

Tosin is a sweetheart anyday, but this outfit could have done with an extra effort.

7. Lala Akindoju

Too much drama was going on on this dress. Lala has a good fashion sense, but this outfit is not reflecting it enough.

8. Destiny Amaka

We are just not feeling this look in it entirety.

9. Chigurl

Chigurl tried but this outfit just did not meet our expectations
