Media personality Bolanle Olukanni, in a new vlog on her YouTube channel, has shared why she has chosen to practice abstinence/celibacy.
She said she hasn’t been a many relationships, but she knows she wanted to save herself for marriage, and that sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. She said she’s made up her mind that sex is a no if she’s in a relationship.
She said for her, when in a relationship, it helps when sex is off the table, adding that sex can can cloud you judgement as to whether you actually love someone.

She added that sometimes, sex creates a bond with someone, that should be saved for marriage.
She adds that she guards her mind from sexual imagery in order to prevent thoughts about sex.
