The premiere of the sequel to the 1992 award-winning Nollywood movie, Living in Bondage held Saturday night.
Living in Bondage: Breaking Free stars Kanayo O. Kanayo, Bob Manuel Udokwu, Kenneth Okonkwo who are returning, with the addition of Enyinna Nwigwe, Alexx Ekubo and Ramsey Nouah.
The 1992 original, which was directed by Chris Obi Rapu, follows the story of Andy (Kenneth Okonkwo), a man who joins a secret cult, kills his wife, Merit (Nnenna Nwabueze) in a ritual sacrifice, gains enormous wealth as a reward, and is then haunted by his dead wife’s ghost.
