Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie world-renowned author has been named among the ‘200 women who will change the way you see the world.’ She will be featured alongside other women who are making impact across the globe.

The new photography book which is authored by Geoff Blackwell and Ruth Hobday is aptly titled ‘200 Women: Who Will Change The Way You See The World’ contains astute interviews and stunning portraits of the iconic women as they share their views about important topics that affect the world.

Chimamanda who has been a leading voice in Africa for feminism in an excerpt of her interview for the book when asked what she would change in the world if she could says,

“I can’t pick just one thing; I would eliminate all forms of gender, racial and religious injustice.

The issues are their own, independent issues, but they cannot be analysed in isolation from one another.

It’s very complex and is always a work in progress for me — the issues are connected and they are not, but, however strong their connection to one another is, they’ve got to go!”

In the conclusion of her interview, when she was asked the one word she most identifies with, she said, “Human”
