Early Life

Eniola Badmus was born on the 7th of September 1983 in Ijebu Ode, a popular town in Ogun State, South-Western Nigeria where she completed her basic and secondary school education.

She proceeded to the University of Ibadan where she studied Theatre Arts and then Lagos State University where she graduated with an M.Sc degree in Economics.

Career

Eniola Badmus started her acting career professionally in the year 2000. She didn’t get her big break until 2008 when she featured in a Yoruba movie titled, “Jenifa” and “Omo Ghetto”. The movies got her a lot of accolades and her fame in Nollywood as well as Nigeria.

Eniola has featured in more than 200 movies that have successfully established her in the movie industry. In 2018, she produced two movies titled, “The Ghost And The Breed” and “Househelp” which were warmly received and rated high across the globe.

In 2015, she won Best Actress in Africa at the Black Entertainment Film Fashion Television and Arts amongst many others.
