Etinosa Idemudia is a popular actress, filmmaker, and social media comedian cum influencer.She is best known for her role as Akugbe in the ROK original series, Blood of Enogie.
The celebrity who thrives on controversies has been able to make several headlines this year (2019), and she doesn’t plan on slowing down anytime soon.

Early Life
She was born in Warri, Delta State. Her father, Sylvester Idemudia, was a retired group general manager of Greenfield Refineries (NNPC Group), and Patricia Idemudia was the founder of Victory Group of Schools.
Her primary education was at Victory International School, while her secondary education was at Cambridge International School, Warri, and Igbinedion Education Centre, Benin, Edo State.
She graduated from Covenant University with a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering in 2011.
Career

Her first job upon graduation was at Delattre Bezons Nigeria as a planning engineer. She also worked as a planning engineer for oil and gas construction projects until 2016 before going into acting full-time.
Her journey into comedy and acting
Etinosa began making comedy skits on Instagram in 2013, with which she soon gained some popularity in the entertainment industry.
She enrolled at the Royal Arts Academy in 2016, where she soon obtained a diploma in performing arts. Her first movie was a minor role in A Little While Lie, produced by Emem Isong. Since then, she has gone on to feature in many notable Nollywood movies and television series, including Alter Ego, Chairman, Corpershun, Blood of Enogie, and Love in the Wrong Places.
She produced her first movie, Washerman, in 2018. The movie featured lots of notable Nollywood actors.
She also runs Etinosa TV and has been featured in several TV productions like Ajuwaya, Bensonville, Scheme, Nurse Abigail, Losing Control, Desperate House Girls, Grape, Diary of a Married Man, and Adventures of Etinosa.
She has provided content for leading Nigerian telecommunications company MTN on their MTN Comedy Plus platform and also serves as a brand ambassador for MUVng, a peer-to-peer ridesharing taxicab firm.
Awards
She won the award for Best Online Comic Act at the 2016 Scream Awards. She earned a nomination for Best Online Content at the African Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) in 2017 and won the award for Best Actress at the 48 Hours Film Project for her performance in the short film Scheme.
In 2021, she won the award for the best actress in a TV series (Africa) at the Hollywood and African Prestigious Awards in California, United States.
Personal Life
Nollywood actress Etinosa Idemudia’s first marriage was to Babatunde Solomon, a military officer, whom she married at age 22. The marriage was marred by severe domestic abuse, which led her to abuse drugs as an escape, and she subsequently left the union, later detailing her experiences with violence.

Her second marriage, with whom she had her daughter in 2020, also crashed in May 2021, barely a year after the marriage.

Controversies
It seems Etinosa Idemudia and controversies are like 5 and 6. She first made headlines in March 2019 when she appeared nude on MC Galaxy’s live video.
In October, she participated in the #nevertobecaughtunfreshchallenge as she sat butt naked on a toilet seat.
On November 30, 2019, she sparked outrage on social media yet again after she used the Bible as an ashtray. She also dared to do the same with the Quran after a cleric threatened her.
