Ingredients

  • 1kg of chicken breast
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 3 cups of cooked white rice
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 cup of green peas

Procedure

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or pot set over medium heat
  2. Add the chicken, bell pepper, green onion, and garlic and stir until the chicken is cooked. Then pour out the contents of the pan into a plate and keep warm
  3. Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in the same pan or pot over medium-high heat
  4. Add the rice and stir so heat passes through
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, and peas, and continue to cook for 1 minute
  6. Pour in the chicken mixture you poured out before and stir to blend with the rice
  7. Leave to heat for about three minutes while stirring
