Ingredients
- 250g Flour
- A pinch of Salt
- 120g Sugar
- 125g Butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 15ml-30ml of cold water
Directions
1. Sift flour and salt
2. Stir in Sugar
3. Work butter into it
4. Beat egg and stir it in
5. Add cold water to draw the mixture
6. Wrap in foil and chill in the fridge for about 1 hour
7. Roll out on a floured surface and cut out into different shapes and bake
