HIV Positive Lady Shares Unbelievable Story And This What She Has To Say To People Who Joke About Rape

Ogechi Stella Njoku has called out comedians over how they use rape as material for comedy.

Narrating her own ordeal as a minor, Ogechi retold how as a 16-year-old girl, she was gang-raped by 4 men while she was out hawking.

She said two of the men had held her down while one of them had his turn and another kept watch. They rotated position till they had all had their turn with her.

The lady who is now HIV positive without knowing how she contracted the disease said she had thought of the men as potential customers when she went to meet them. Unknown to her, they had other sinister plans.

Calling out comedians who make light of rape issues, Ogechi reiterated how unjust it is to make fun out of the pain of others.

As we celebrate the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against women, Ogechi’s story serves as a reminder of how much women need to look out for themselves and speak against anything that tries to make light of the plight of women.
