Manchester United Formally Welcome DJ Cuppy To The Club After She Dumped Her First Love, Arsenal


DJ Cuppy has been welcomed to Manchester United moments after fulfilling her promise to join the club if Ighalo scored against Norwich City in the F.A Cup quarter final.

Recall that Cuppy, Femi Otedola’ daughter had announced her breakup as a staunch supporter of Arsenal about a week ago, a decision which made headlines.

 

In another tweet, she wrote: “It’s not me, it’s you. Only so much heartbreak a girl can take, Arsenal.

“I can no longer stay in this toxic relationship, I’m sorry.”


Ahead of the quarter-final clash on Saturday,  she said  “As a Nigeria, I think it’s only right that, if Odion Ighalo scores a goal today, I will officially join Man United as a fan,” she wrote on her @CuppyMusic Twitter handle.

Following Ighalo’s goal went, the club formally welcomed her to the Red Devils fanbase.
