Every September 15, black women the world all over come together to mark World Afro Day, a day set aside to celebrate natural hairstyles amongst black and mixed-race women.

The celebration is aimed at educating women on how to embrace their hair and it’s unique nature.

A number of Nigerian celebrities were actively involved in the commemoration of the World Afro Day by posting stunning photos of their natural hair.
