Try This Recipe To Make Your Own Risky Burger At Home
You may have seen it, but you may not have known it was called ‘risky burger’. This kind of burger is an easy homemade treat that helps you when you crave anything sandwich, burger or hotdog.
It is also economical when you don’t plan to spend so much on a snack. Funny enough, you may just have all the ingredients.
Here’s how to prepare Risky burger:

Ingredients
2 Eggs
½ Seasoning cube
Tomatoes
Bell peppers (Rodo)
Cabbage (Optional)
Smoked fish
Salt
Onions
Vegetable oil
loaf/Loaves of Bread (or Agege bread)
- Grate or slice peppers, tomatoes, and onions.
- Break eggs into a bowl and whip
- Add grated pepper sauce into the egg
- Cut smoked fish into pieces and pour into the egg mixture.
- Add salt and ½ seasoning cube. Mix thoroughly.
- Place frying pan on the cooker.
- Add two tablespoons full of vegetable oil. Let the oil be hot enough.
- Pour the egg mixture into the frying pan and fry
- Lower the heat.
- Slice the bread into two (however, do not slice through completely).
- Dress the bread with the fried egg mixture and cabbage.
- Place both sides of the dressed bread in the frying pan (on low heat) until it is flat and toasted to your desired level.
