Hollywood actress, Thandie Newton acceptance speech at the Emmy Awards 2018 which held in Los Angeles a couple of days ago got a lot of people talking.

The 45-year-old actress who took home the award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a drama series which happened to be her first Emmys, thanked God in a clever yet controversial way.
Thandie Newton, who took the stage in a pink Brandon Maxwell designed gown said,
“I don’t believe in God, but I’m going to thank her tonight. I am so f***ing blessed to work with the people I have gotten to work with”
