Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage made history at the just concluded MTV European Music Awards which took place at Bilbao, Spain.

Tiwa Savage beat Davido and other African acts to clinch the Best African Act on Sunday, 5th of November, 2018.

Tiwa became the first African female to win the prestigious award following her just-concluded O2 Arena Tour in U.K which was sold out.

The mother of one took to her Instagram page to share the good news as she penned an emotional message. Congratulations to Mama J.
