Tania was born on the 14th of June, 1992, to a Nigerian mother (Yoruba) and an Austrian father whose name is Mr. Teller.
Her surname is actually Teller, but she uses her middle name Omotayo.
Career
She was a senior creative analyst at the Temple Management Company (TMC), a leading talent management and events company.
She later started her own personal fashion brand, Ziva Lagos, in December 2016.
Ziva Lagos is a fashion brand that designs and makes quality and affordable clothing and jewelry targeted towards every woman.
At 26, she made the ‘Forbes Africa Under 30’ list in 2018.
Personal Life
She is very private about her personal life. Tania was once in a relationship with popular musician Wizkid, and this brought her into the limelight.
Although the first time the two were officially seen together was in 2013, during the Banky W album R&BW launch, they had started dating as far back as 2008. They broke up in 2016 shortly after he welcomed his second child.
Tania Omotayo is married to Sumbo, co-owner of popular Lagos lounge and restaurant BuzzBar. They had their traditional wedding in October 2018 amidst pregnancy rumours.
On March 3, 2019, Tania welcomed a baby girl named Sarai. She was born in Vienna, Austria.
She welcomed her second child, another girl, in September 2024 in Dubai.
