The name Adetoke Oluwo might not ring a bell to many but when you hear “Style Goes To Church” it definitely sounds familiar.

Adetoke is the Creative Director of SGTC Clothing, an Afrocentric clothing brand that specializes in producing trendy, fashion-forward and affordable Ankara pieces.

She is also the curator of @stylegoestochurch, an inspirational style page for church and work, on Instagram.

Looking at how far Adetoke has come it is safe to say she’s really good at what she does. Not only does she design trendy pieces for fabulous women like herself, she also wears her own pieces confidently.

The pose you strike when over 70 People come out to support you….I actually went into my Car to shed a Tear..(hmmm some tears) after this Picture! I was overwhelmed with Emotions……You guys needed to have seen me before this day..@remmyhairquarters can testify….I have been so overwhelmed,tired,frustrated…The Work Load, Expectations and Life itself got me torn between “AM I TO BLAME GOD FOR THIS SUCCESS” OR IS THIS WHY PEOPLE WHO ARE SEEMINGLY HAPPY ON THE OUTSIDE,GET DEPRESSED AND SAD WITH THEIR SUCCESS” ? So many things were happening so fast and I felt like an ingrate to God for even complaining….. ____________________ You know many People see only the fine Pictures on Instagram but trust me when I say, STARTING AND MAINTAINING A BUSINESS IS MIND BLOWING AND SO MUCH HARDWORK!!!Ask People about their Challenges not just their Successes cos most People do not share that but I will at this @thegramguru _____________________ I had to take last Sunday off when Everything was going chaotic!I prayed so fervently and worshipped God Alone…I didn’t wanna be around no one…Just me and God till I heard the sound of Victory in my Spirit and only then did I feel confident and happy about my Designs and this Show. And I also ensured I worshipped with my Family cos nothing beats that….My Family is my Backbone! _____________________ When yesterday came, I woke up 4am,So nervous and just cranky! And when I saw I was opening the Show,I was like OH GOD!!!??..BUT GOD SAID KEEP QUIET AND REMEMBER YOU GOT THE VICTORY LAST SUNDAY! And that was it for me….I knew it was indeed a Success. _____________________ I didn’t know how many People came to support me till after the Show and I was just like ,God THANK YOU!! THANK YOU FOR ALL THESE BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE FROM FAR AND NEAR YOU’VE BLESSED ME WITH!! I was so overwhelmed….I was just jumping like a tadpole ???……I will wait for the Videos x Pictures to really appreciate you all…Never give up….God always makes a way..
