Here’s how to prepare the delicious meal baked lemon chicken.

Ingredients

1.3 tablespoon of Vegetable oil


2. ½ tablespoon of thyme

3. ½ tablespoon of dried rosemary

4. ¼ cup of lemon juice

5. ½ of pepper

6. ½ tsp of salt

7. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F/180C.
  2. In a small bowl, mix vegetable oil, thyme, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut four sheets of foil into 12 inches long
  4. .Pour your vegetable oil and seasoning mix into the chicken
  5. Use your clean hands to massage the mix into the chicken.
  6. Place each piece of marinated chicken on the foil and fold up all 4 sides of the foil, covering the chicken completely
  7. .Place the foil in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  8. Place into the oven and bake for 20 – 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Tip: The chicken should look caramelized and slightly charred.
  9. Serve with a side of potatoes or salad.
