- 2 Cups Rice Flour
- 2 Cups Beetroot Puree
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Water
Directions
1. Pour 1 cup of water into a saucepan.
2. Add salt and bring to a boil.
3. Add the pureed beetroot.
4. Stirring continuously, add the rice flour to avoid lumps
5. Knead until cooked thoroughly for 15 minutes.
6. Take off the heat and mold into balls or shapes of your choice.
