Nigerian-British professional footballer, Eniola Aluko has gotten her name etched in the history books after she was appointed Aston Villa’s first-ever female sporting director.
The big announcement was made on Wednesday, January 22nd by the club.

Aluko also took to Twitter to share the news.

She recently retired from international football after 102 appearances for England.
