Funke Akindele’s ‘A Tribe Called Judah’ Becomes Highest Grossing Movie of 2023

There is no stopping Funke Akindele, again, as she makes history. Her movie ‘A Tribe Called Judah’ has become the highest-grossing movie of 2023, recording N400 million in just 12 days of its release.

This was announced by Film One, the distributor of the movie, on Instagram.

This feat also makes A Tribe Called Judah one of the top five highest-grossing Nigerian movies ever, putting it in the league of movies like The Wedding Party, Omo Ghetto: The Saga with Battle on Buka Street.
