Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup diced frozen pineapple
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup fresh mango, skin removed
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 3 ice cubes
  • Fresh strawberry or any fruit wedge of your choice – to garnish (optional)

How to prepare

  1. Set up a blender.
  2. Add all the ingredients except the strawberry into the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass and garnish with strawberry wedges or slices.
