Michael Jackson, the King of Pop, died 10 years ago on 25th June, 2009, and the whole world celebrates this everlasting legend. No one has taken his title as the King of Pop, and that’s a really amazing achievement. On Twitter, the hashtag #10YearsWithoutMichaelJackson is trending globally, and everyone celebrates Michael Jackson one way or another.

The youngest Jackson and little sister to the King of Pop, Janet Jackson, has finally reacted to the HBO documentary about Michael Jackson, Leaving Neverland. This HBO documentary paints her brother as a sexual perv who assaulted people, and the Jackson family didn’t take it lightly at all.

Ever since this documentary has been on, Janet Jackson has been quiet about it, and suddenly, during an interview she had with The Times, she used the opportunity to indirectly condemn the documentary by actually praising her brother, and this is definitely the best way to clap back against the makers of HBO’s Leaving Neverland.

She admits that Michael Jackson’s legacy still lives on. Janet said:

“I love it when I see kids emulating him, when adults still listen to his music. It just lets you know the impact that my family has had on the world…I hope I’m not sounding arrogant in any way — I’m just stating what it is. It’s really all God’s doing, and I’m just thankful for that.”

This is a fact because many children in the world emulate Michael’s dress and dance styles, and listen to his music so much.

Despite not mentioning the documentary, Janet Jackson had earlier quit performing at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony because it airs on HBO. This still goes to show that she’s not happy with the Television network.
