Meet The 26-Year-Old Imo Indigene Appointed as Special Assistant In Ondo State


Ondo Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu has appointed Ngozi Ugochi-Igbo as his special assistant which has left many utterly disappointed.

Ngozi, an indigene of Imo state was appointed as the Special Assistant on Gender, Research & Documentation.

Reports say the 26-year-old who recently her Youth Service got the appointment because of her close ties to the governor’s wife.

Betty Anyanwu-Akeredolu also hails from Imo state.


Ondo residents and other Nigerians have expressed their displeasure over Ngozi’s recent appointment.

They said it was a slap on indigenes of the state as well as loyalists of the All Progressive Congress.
