Nigerian burn survivor and America’s Got Talent finalist, Kechi Okwuchi is not letting her scars spoil her summer vibes and we are totally here for this.
13 years after the Nigerian singer survived the 2005 Sosoliso Plane Crash and over 100 surgeries, Kechi has totally come to love her self and her scars and this is the greatest form of body positivity.
Body positivity is acceptance and appreciation of all human body types. It is a social movement rooted in the belief that all human beings should have a positive body image, and be accepting of their own bodies as well as the bodies of others.
