Ingredients
- 4 cooking spoons of minced/ground meat
- 3 lobes of garlic (chopped)
- 3 medium-sized potatoes (diced)
- 1 medium-sized onion
- 2 carrots (diced)
- 1 green pepper (diced)
- 1 tablespoon of corn flour
- 1 1/2 spoons of vegetable oil
- Dry pepper to taste
- Seasoning and spices
- Salt to taste

Preparation
- Season the meat with salt, pepper, seasoning, and garlic, and set aside.
- Heat up oil to fry the potato cubes, remove them, and set aside.
- Fry onions for one minute.
- Add the seasoned meat to the onions and fry for about 10 minutes, stirring as you fry
- Cover the pot for 5 minutes for the meat to cook in its juice
- Add the carrots, green peppers, and potatoes
- Dissolve the cornflour in water and add it to the meat.
- Allow it to cook for 3 minutes
- Keep stirring to get a thick sauce.
