A skirt is the lower part of a dress or gown, covering the person from the waist downwards, or a separate outer garment serving this purpose. In this part of the world, skirts are worn mostly by women.
For some reason, every girl needs a skirt in her closet. It could be pencil, pleated or flair but you can never overemphasize the importance of skirts to any lady.
