Tems has again shown how much of a show-stopper she is with her debut at the Met Gala, the world’s most extravagant fashion event.
The Met Gala is an annual event held on the first Monday of May, to raise money for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute — a collection of more than 33,000 pieces of clothing, jewelry, and accessories that documents fashion from the 1400s to now in New York.
The Gala is popularly regarded as the world’s most prestigious and glamorous fashion event and social gathering and is known as “fashion’s biggest night”; an invitation is highly sought after. Personalities who are perceived to be contemporaneously relevant to society amongst various professional spheres, including fashion, film, television, music, theater, business, sports, social media, and politics, are invited to attend the Met Gala, organized by the fashion magazine Vogue.
The ‘Essence’ singer stunned in a white and black corset-like flowing dress by Robert Wun which she paired with elbow-length gloves.
