Also a producer and casting director, here are some interesting facts to know about her.

1. Teniola Aladese was born on 18 September 1993 into a family of six in Agege, Lagos State.

2. She attended Raregift Nursery and Primary School, Ogba, Lagos, for her primary education before proceeding to Dansol High School, also in Ogba, for her secondary education. She graduated from Covenant University, Ota, Ogun State, with a degree in mass communication.

3. She initially wanted to be a lawyer, but a turning point in secondary school changed everything.

4.  She got exposed to the ropes of acting through an internship in 300 level while at the university.

5. Aladese worked as a production coordinator on more than 30 Africa Magic Original Films from 2013 to 2015.

6. She began her acting career in 2015 with a role in Perfectly Flawed. Still, she shot into the limelight in 2017 with her role as Akwaeyon/Sejiro on the Africa Magic series, Jemeji.

7. Aladese has acted in over 30 movies, including Perfectly Flawed, Jemeji, Lara of Lagos, Finding Hubby, Unbroken, Ricordi, Loving Amanda, Something Like Gold, Soole, A Night In 2005,  To Kill A Monkey, and Christmas in Lagos, etc.

8. She revealed during the popular talk show, With Chude, that she was angry with God after her ex-boyfriend died. The actress admitted that coming to terms with the loss was challenging and that she questioned God due to the untimely nature of his death.

9. In 2022, she won the Trailblazer Award at the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards. She was also nominated in the ‘Best Supporting Actress’ category for the movie ‘Love in a Pandemic’ at the 2023 AMVCAs.
