7. Arguments with your partner

It’s best to resist the urge to vent on social media. Chances are you still share a lot of friends. Coming on too strong about your broken heart can make them feel like they have to pick sides. And if you’re the one who started the trash talk, you’ve got a disadvantage in that contest.
