How Cancer Helped This Woman Find Her Purpose In Life Is Quite Interesting

You can’t be brave like Tianna Perona who says having cancer was a blessing because she got to ask herself some important life questions.

She feels blessed that though she is cancer free, she wishes she had shared the story of her journey when she had the illness, then it would have been more inspiring to people.

Tianna wrote on her Instagram, “Every single day I wake up, I get to be reminded of how strong I truly am. To say going through cancer is a regret would be a lie. The only thing I regret about this, was not sharing it more with the world WHILE I WAS ILL. However, I can’t imagine how my life would be if I never grew through this experience. It taught me to not take life for granted, to appreciate everything that I have, to be present in the moments and memories I get to make. Instead of saying why me, sometimes we have to ask ourselves, why NOT me. God never gives his soldiers things we can’t handle, and almost 4 years later, I am a living proof of just that.”

#TBT Every single day I wake up, I get to be reminded of how strong I truly am. To say going through cancer is a regret would be a lie. As I always say, cancer saved my life ❤️ TAG someone you feel would be inspired or need some positive energy ? #FullBodyTransformation #StartYourNutritionPlan #90DaysOf100Percent #ChangeYourMindset #PutOnLeanMuscle #LetsStartTogether #LoseWeightNow #FootballFridays #HealthyLifestyle #HealthyEating #FitnessResults #WeightLoss #Remission #CancerFree #HealthyBody #HealthyMom #FitnessFreak #Inspirational #NaturalHair #SexyStrut #Gardena #inglewood #losangeles #compton #GetLean #BigBooty #FitMom #Goals #Dance

The month of May is always very emotional for me. It’s crazy because for the past 3 years I kept telling people oh I caught it early I caught it early, and come to find out I was in Stage 4 ?? The devil tried to take me but God had something better in mind. Not only is it my birthday month, but it’s also the month where I get to look forward to another year of kicking cancers ass. 3 years ago, I was broken, depressed, a druggy, and wanted to just end everything all together. I lost my vision on why I was put in this earth and felt the world would be better without me. But I stand before you, 3 years later with my head held high, and my glory to God for granting me the opportunity to share my story with the world. If it was not for God, and him seeing me as his strong baby girl, I don’t this would’ve ever made it. To anyone who can relate, keep the faith and know that everything is done for a reason and really connect with life and not take it for granted. I can honestly say having cancer saved my life ??????? I would’ve never thought this is how my life would look 3 years later ? Blessed beyond measure. Happy 3 year cancerversary baby girl, you made it ❤️❤️❤️ #cancersurvivor #mother #chemotherapy #depression #motivation #naturalhair #blessed
