The former First Lady of the United States and 2016 US Democratic Party presidential nominee, Hillary Clinton, has finally changed her Twitter bio after the statement by the award-winning author, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie.

Adichie said she was “upset” that Hillary Clinton’s Twitter bio started with “wife” instead of her achievements.

This statement moved Hilary Clinton to say that she will change the bio. The interview session took place on April 22nd as part of the 2018 PEN World Voices Festival in the US and was said to be one of the most controversial ever.

Hilary’s former bio read:

“Wife, Mom. Grandma, Women+kids advocate, FLOTUS, Senator, SecState, Hair icon, pantsuit aficionado, 2016 presidential candidate. Tweets from Hillary signed –H”

And now the new one reads:

“2016 Democratic Nominee, SecState, Senator, hair icon. Mom, Wife, Grandma x2, lawyer, advocate, fan of walks in the woods & standing up for our democracy.”
