After pregnancy, you always get that big tummy that doesn’t want to go down. There are special things you have to do to get back your youthful shape.
Of course you want to keep looking as hot as before, especially for your husband.
Here are 3 important ways you can get back in shape after pregnancy:
1. Eat well balanced meals
Ensure that your meals have the complete nutrients: Carbohydrates, protein, vitamins, minerals, fats, water.
Don’t skip breakfast at any time so that your metabolism will be stable and your baby healthy.
2. Diet once in a while
You can be on a diet, but that’s if your health is stable post-partum.
Ensure that you seek your doctor’s advice on what kind of diet you should be on.
3. Exercise (only if you had a normal delivery)
You should try belly breathing with your pelvic. This is the exercise where you lie on your back and bend your knees, with your feet flat on the floor.
Place your hands on your belly, breathe in and out, and then repeat.
You should also lift weights once in a while. You can lift dumbbells twice a week.
