After Burna Boy’s mother, Bose Ogulu, made a very heartwarming acceptance speech after receiving her son’s award for best international act at the BET 2019 Awards ceremony, so many Africans all over the world greatly admired her the entire time.
Filmmaker and actress, Kemi Adetiba also took to Twitter to praise who everyone on the app popularly call ‘Mama Burna’. The filmmaker specifically stated that the singer would most certainly be proud of his mum, and that’s certainly the case.
She wrote:
Burna Boy must be so proud of his mom. Every time she’s served an opportunity to represent him, she never disappoints. She is always extremely articulate, and her words concise yet impactful… leaving a lasting impression in the minds of whomever has just watched her.
