BBNaija housemate, Mercy has revealed she was once dated Nigerian footballer, Emenike.
She revealed this while in a discussion with Elozonam in the early hours of Saturday.
She said she found out he was getting married to ex Beauty Queen, Iheoma Nnadi via social media even though they were in a relationship.
He had also blocked her everywhere after she tried to contact him.
Mercy said the player did love her but she felt it was because she was a ‘nobody’ at the time that made him dump her for someone famous, adding that the incident made her determine that she must also become a celebrity and must be popping up on his timeline whenever he opens his phone.
The incident, however, made her determined to want to become a celebrity and pushed her to audition for Big Brother which no doubt has put her on that path of success as a celebrity.
