Congratulations are in order for Chidinma Leilani Aaron as she emerged as the winner of the 2018 Miss Nigeria beauty pageant.
The coronation ceremony, which was held on Sunday, November 25, 2018, at the Eko Hotel Convention Center, was hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu and Kaylah Oniwo.

Eighteen contestants made it to the grand finale before the selection of the final twelve. Twelve top finalists filed out for the grand finale before the contestants were later reduced to five, from whom Chidinma, Leilani, and Aaron emerged.

The final five were Dunu Chisom, Ntan Sharon Nton, Ameh Munirah, Agida Stephanie, and Aaron Chidinma Leilani. Dunu Chisom emerged as the first runner-up, while Ameh Munirah was named the second runner-up.
Aaron, the winner of the pageant, went home with a whopping sum of N3 million, a luxury apartment, and an automobile.
The coronation event guest judges included Jasmine Tukur, David Wej, Grace Uredi, Tatiana Mousali, Fade Ogunro, Konye Nwabogor, Rita Dominic, and Leesi Peter-Vigboro, who also judged the contestants.
Chidinma was born on April 16, 1993, in Kaduna State and raised in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria. She is one of three sisters and a brother. She later moved to Ibadan, Oyo State, and attended Lead City University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 2017.
