Use Any Of These 4 Things If You Want To Get Rid Of Eye Bags Quickly

Eyebags are usually caused by several factors which include stress, lack of sleep, genetics, allergies etc.

There are some of us who because of our genes, are more likely to have eye bags but there are some others who get eye bags because of their schedule.

Wherever category you fall in, there are some natural remedies you can use to reduce the appearance of those eyebags that are very effective.

Here are four of them.

5 Natural Ways To Get Rid Of Dark Circles Under Your Eyes

1. Chilled Spoons

This works best when the rounded parts of the spoons have been chilled in the freezer.

For this, you would need two spoons. Use the rounded back of the spoons to reduce eye bags by placing them firmly against your eye bags and pressing slightly.

Do this repeatedly for 5 minutes before going to bed and I’m sure you would notice the considerable difference.

2. Potato Slices

Potatoes because of how much vitamin A, C, and carotene they contain have immense brightening qualities.

Even eating potatoes helps in skin quality and brightness. However, when using potato slices for your eye bags, make sure you freeze them for some time.

They would still work when they are not frozen but it works even better when you do so. Slice the potatoes before freezing and place them against your eyes for 10 minutes before going to bed.

3. Cold Yoghurt

Yoghurt contains lactic acid which has skin brightening and calming properties.

You do not need a lot of yoghurt. A tablespoon of cold yoghurt should do. Just smear it under your eyes where you have the eyebags and leave it to dry or for 15 minutes. Repeat 3 times a week and you would be surprised by the result.

4. Ice Cubes

Even if you do not have any of the other things in your fridge, you would at least have this one, or have a friend to collect from.

Take two small ice cubes and rub them back and forth across the eye bags. This may get messy because the water will be dripping down your hands so you may want to do in the bathroom, right after your bath, or even before.
