Ingredients

1.3 Pieces of Chicken Breast

2. 4 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)

3. 1 Chicken Seasoning Cube

4. 1 Tsp of Oregano


5. 1 Tsp of Black Pepper

6. 2 Medium Tomatoes

7. 5 Green Chili

8. 1 Medium Onion

9. A Handful of Fresh Basil

10. 1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice

11. 1 Tsp of Salt

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Grease a baking pan with vegetable oil and place chicken breast on.
  3. Rub the chicken with garlic, chicken seasoning, oregano, black pepper, salt and set aside.
  4. Dice the tomatoes, onion, green, chili and put them in a mixing bowl.
  5. Add freshly chopped basil leaves and lemon juice, then mix together.
  6. Pour the mixture onto the chicken and spread evenly.
  7. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
