Wanto try a new breakfast? Semolina pancake is the perfect meal to try. Here are the ingredients and recipe.

Ingredients

1.1 cup of Semolina Flour

2.1/2 cup of  coconut milk

3. 1/4 cup of sugar


4. 2 eggs

5. 3 tablespoons of coconut oil

6. 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

7. 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

8. a pinch of salt

9.  1 cooking spoon of Vegetable Oil

Directions

  1. Pour the measured semolina into a bowl, add the baking powder and coconut oil. Mix well.
  2. Dissolve the butter in a pan over heat and allow to cool a bit.
  3. Beat the egg and pour it into the melted butter.
  4. Add the measured sugar and milk into the melted butter and egg.
  5. Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry one. Mix well until the semolina dissolves.
  6. In a pan adding 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil at a time, scoop a portion of the mix and fry. Flip to brown on both sides and set aside.
