Seyitan Babatayo Releases Official Press Statement As She Finally Files A Rape Complaint Against D’banj

Seyitan Babatayo, the lady who accused D’banj of raping her has formally filed a criminal complaint against the Popular music star.
This is following the rape saga between the two in public space.
Recall that Ms Babatayo on June 3, 2020, first accused D’banj of raping her in a hotel room in December 2018.
D’banj had come out to deny the accusation and demanded apology and N100m in damages while there were reports that he used the police to try and bully Babatayo.

Seyitan had initially denied the accusation of being arrested, however, in a recent statement confirmed by Stand To End Rape (S.T.E.R) a non-profit geared towards helping rape victims, has also confirmed that she was indeed arrested on Tuesday, June 16 and taken to the IGP IRT office in Harold Shodipo, Ikeja where she was detained, forced to delete her accusation and made to deny being arrested.

Everything was true, everything they said dbanj did in regards to the unlawful detention and arrest was true. I’m so disappointed, he needs to be taught a lesson for this. I pray they get to the bottom of this case and seyitan gets justice.
