Ingredients

  • 1 ripe soursop, approximately (450 g)
  • 1/2 cup (375 ml) milk, evaporated milk, or water
  • 1 tsp (4.7 g) nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 tbsp (14.3 g) vanilla (optional)
  • 1 tbsp (14.3 g) sugar (optional)
  • 1 lime, juiced (optional)

Directions

1. Peel the fruit by hand and put the flesh in a mixing bowl.

2. Remove the seeds

3. Place the soursop into a large bowl and add the milk or water

4. Squeeze the fruit with your hands. Since the flesh is so soft, it should be easy to squeeze until the juice comes out

5. Slowly pour the juice through your strainer or sieve and into a bowl

6. Add sugar, sweeteners, or any other flavor you like

7. Give the juice a final stir before pouring it into glasses

8. Serve chilled or over ice.
