
One of the ways you can add it to your diet is by making soursop juice. You probably already know that soursop is popularly known as the cancer-killing superfruit.
The fruit juice also contains many other nutrients, including potassium, magnesium, thiamin, copper, niacin, folate, iron, and riboflavin.
Below is the recipe that would help you prepare a healthy cup of soursop juice.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe soursop, approximately (450 g)
- 1/2 cup (375 ml) milk, evaporated milk, or water
- 1 tsp (4.7 g) nutmeg (optional)
- 1 tbsp (14.3 g) vanilla (optional)
- 1 tbsp (14.3 g) sugar (optional)
- 1 lime, juiced (optional)

Preparation
1. Peel the fruit by hand and put the flesh in a mixing bowl.
2. Remove the seeds
3. Place the soursop into a large bowl and add the milk or water
4. Squeeze the fruit with your hands. Since the flesh is so soft, it should be easy to squeeze until the juice comes out
5. Slowly pour the juice through your strainer or sieve and into a bowl
6. Add sugar, sweeteners, or any other flavor you like
7. Give the juice a final stir before pouring it into glasses
8. Serve chilled or over ice.
