FIFA 2023: Nigerians React To Super Falcons’ Painful Exit From The Women’s World Cup
Nigeria’s dream of getting to the quarterfinals of the FIFA Women’s World Cup was on Monday dashed after the Super Falcons lost 4-2 to England following a penalty shootout.
The two teams failed to find the back of the net after 90 minutes and 30 minutes of extra time.
The Super Falcons had a very impressive game missing close chances to put Nigeria in front and were the most likely to move to the next chances especially when the England team was reduced to ten women following a red card to Lauren James.
Despite their loss, reactions have trailed their impressive performance on the pitch.

Our penalty takers’ arrangement was very bad.
Oshoala & Ajibade should’ve been the first 2 to take it.
I don explain tire, no evidence 😭
