Sad About Not Having A Valentine? Here Are 5 Ideas For Surviving Without One

Valentine’s Day is around the corner and it is that one day that single women dread the most.

If you are single, there are ways to have fun, after all it’s just one day and everything goes back to normal.

Thinking of ways to celebrate the Valentine Day’s, here are some things you can do.

1. Buy yourself a special gift

We know Valentine’s Day is for showing love but remember that Charity begins at home. You can’t love someone without loving yourself first.

In 2022, it’s all about self – love so show yourself love, by gifting yourself something special.

2. See Valentine’s movies, or not?

You may be a Valentine fan, so it’s okay for you to see a Valentine movie. If you know you’ll get depressed, then it’s a bad idea.

Simply see a funny movie or action, whichever you prefer.

3. Do a video call with friends

If you’re bored, you can do a video call with your friends. When you have no Valentine, at least you have friends to keep you company especially if they are also Valentine-LESS like you.

4. Take yourself on a date

There are lots of restaurants in Lagos, why not take yourself on a date and treat yourself to a new recipe. You may even meet a new catch if you are lucky.

5. Make other people happy

Valentine’s Day is not just about sharing love romantically. You can donate to a charity in your community today.

There are so many foundations that also want to celebrate the season of love. Visit them and gift them something. Make people smile!

Remember, Valentine’s is also about giving. Love also gives, you know.
