Here’s the thing about wedding trends; they evolve year after year, which means that one year’s celebrations are distinctly different from the ones that come after or even before.

We’re particularly excited about the wedding trends coming up in 2019. In 2018 we took the time to pay attention to the trends that were everywhere and it looks like a good number of them are making their way into 2019.

1. Outdoor weddings

2018 saw a lot of couples having their weddings in the open rather than in rented halls. Some even had theirs on the beach. Having an outdoor wedding is a great idea because there’s so much beauty in nature. The only downside is the weather which is very unpredictable these days. Besides that, we’ll totally go for it in 2019.

2. Bridesmaids in white

In the past, it was very unusual to see bridesmaids wearing white with the bride but in recent times it looks like things are changing and wearing white with the bride has come to stay. We actually believe it’s super gorgeous and the photos we’ve spotted on the ‘gram will convince you.

3. Floral Rings

Say bye bye to bouquets and say hello to the floral ring. Let your bridal train standout by ditching floral bouquets. Floral rings are unique and can be used as decor pieces after the wedding talk about multi-functional.

4. Balloons

Growing up we always looked forward to carting home balloons from the wedding reception. Over the years it looked like balloons started to fade away but we’ve got good news. Balloons are back and better too! Just like floral arrangements, balloon arrangements are going to be huge in 2019.

5. Floral Headbands

Just like the floral rings for bridesmaids, floral headbands are going to be a thing for flower girls and little brides. These cute accessories aren’t just for bridal showers only. So take it up a notch and add some spice to your wedding in 2019.
