Beans pottage is notorious for irritating bowels, and even if you don’t usually have a problem with it, your wedding day is not the day to take that chance.
2.Smoothies
As healthy as it is, smoothies especially those made with bananas may give you stomach upset. This may cause you to repeatedly visit the toilet and you wouldn’t want that on your big day.
3.Spicy Foods
Spices irritate your bowels and cause purging. Stay away from peppery foods on the morning of your wedding to prevent accidents. It would also give you bad breath, you don’t want to give your husband the first official kiss with a bad breath.
4.Caffeine
We all love a cup of freshly-brewed coffee, but on your big day it may leave you feeling jittery and anxious. You need to be well relaxed on your big day.
5.Dairy Products
That cheese, milk or yogurt may seem appetizing, but it can cause some not-so nice side effects. Dairy products contains a heavy burden of hard-to-digest fat making it more likely for you to experience nausea, bloating, and fatigue.
